Automated message to the owner of the leads that there was no interaction in the last 90 days, and these leads are available to everyone from now on, via internal email.
I am not sure about the criteria trigger I choose, as we want if no email is sent to the leads (associated with a contact,t of course), no LinkedIn message sent, no calls and no meetings last 90 days - the lead becomes available for any Account Executive and they can take it into work. Note (making a note) shouldn't be counted as an engagement and an activity against the prospect (lead).
Is there a reason you're not setting this up as a lead automation?
A few things won't work about your enrollment criteria:
Leads without any activity will be ignored, as they don't have an activity date value.
A contact not having opened emails does not mean that they must have received any.
Building this automation without notes is unfortunately not very straightforward. Generally, I'd recommend a lead workflow with these criteria:
Excluding notes from this will lead to approaches that become immediately less reliable. Let me explain why:
It is not possible to specify in enrollment criterias the absence of something associated. HubSpot always filters for the presence of something. (In other words, you can't enroll leads based on being associated to an activity that was more than 90 days ago and not a note – as long as that record has any activity other than a note, they would enroll.)
Setting up re-enrollment based on associated activities is not yet supported.
Using list membership workarounds is not supported for leads, as there are no lead lists (yet).
These things also mean that it's not possible to create a workflow that simply logs every meeting, call, LinkedIn message date – as re-enrollment is not supported and you would only log the first date.
Unfortunately, I think, this currently cannot be done in the HubSpot UI.

Thanks a million @karstenkoehler I appreciate your support. I will try the workflow you suggested. Yes, I am aware of the limitations you mentioned, unfortunately related to lead lists, re-enrolment settings based on associated activities. Thank you so much, can you elaborate a bit more, please, regarding lead automation here?
