Does anyone know or have a full list of all IP Time Zones that exist for the United States? I'm testing a workflow that relies on this property but it seems like there are duplicates for time zones and I want to make sure I get them all included in the workflow.
What I mean by "Duplicate" is that the time in both areas/regions is the same, but the Contact Record populates "IP Time Zone" as different time zones.
Duplicate example:
america_slash_detroit
america_slash_new_york
Thank you,
Isabella

That is the content I am seeing in the IP Time Zone field.
But it's not helping to state them this way. Can I change them to ET, CT, MT.. etc.
My end goal is to filter contacts who are on the right hour of the day (time zoom) when call them.
Thank you.

Thank you, @karstenkoehler. Exported the file and it seems to have helped isolate the proper time zones. Will note the idea about adding a branch with a value not from the list to view the new value if or when it gets added. Appreciate the help.

Hi @hellowinter,
I couldn't find any documentation or old community posts on this.
For a workaround, you could export your contacts as an Excel file and look at all existing IP time zones in your own portal. This would likely not give you a full list but the most common values. In your workflow, you could then add a branch for all contacts with a value not from your list – this branch could trigger an internal email notification to you, letting you know that there is a "new" value. Over time, you'd complete your list that way.
Best regards!
