We import Deals hourly from another system and they are not manipulated in HubSpot. We are looking to use an active List to be able to send emails to Contacts or Companies where there are no associated Deals with a Create Date in the last 30 days. Deals are only assocaited at the Company level. My issue is when I try to use these Deal Create Date Filters it is not aggregating like in a report where I can select the maximum Create Date. There are usually dozens or hundreds of Deals for each Company and we just want to message those that have been inactive in terms of submitting Deals.
If an active List is not the best approach I am also open to any other suggestions!
An active list is a good approach, but due to how HubSpot filters work, you need two. List filters always look for the presence of an associated object, not the absence.
A first list of contacts that are associated to a deal with a create date in the last 30 days. A second list of contacts who are not a member of the first list.
The second list is the one you're looking for 🙂
Best regards!
