Yes, this can be achieved with a short company-based workflow, see below:
It's important that re-enrollment for Number of Associated Deals is known is enabled. (Without that, HubSpot would not re-trigger the workflow when new deals are added. Those deals would then not receive the location, only the ones that were there when the workflow was first switched on.)

Hi, this is great, how do I get to that page? I have a contact property (i.e. number of units) and I would like for that property to show up as a column in my Deals view. How do I do that? Thanks!
