LinkedIn Leads not pulling in to Hubspot

Hi,

We connected a Linkedin ads account to the Hubspot CRM. The ads are lead gen campaigns, but the leads are not populating in Hubspot like they do with FB lead gen.

Can someone please advise on why and what we can do about it?

Hi @KStrydom ,

Can you please try to remove and add again tyhe LinkedIn ad account to your HubSpot account?
Sometimes issue like this can be resolved removing or adding the account.
Also I am sharing the troubleshoot article for LikedIn ad accounts for HubSpot. Kindly refer this.

We did try reconnecting but that didn't fix the issue - my team is reviewing the article you sent and I will let you know if that helps us sort it.

Hey @KStrydom , Check this new update fom HubSpot. See if it can help you as it says: To ensure that any leads from your lead ad campaigns sync with your HubSpot account, you'll need to specify the pages you'd like to sync leads from in your Ads settings.
