LinkedIn Identification

It would be VERY useful to be able to paste the URL for a contact on LInkedIn when HubSpot cannot find that person.

Thank you for your reply. I cannot find a property in HubSpot called "LinkedIn Bio" associated with Contacts (see image here). I realize I can create a custom free-form field for the link but I like having a contact's LinkedIn Navigator info on the right column and want to be able to update that with a link if the system cannot find it.

That is strange, this is what I see for the property:

I checked my sandbox account and it also doesn't have this property. I wonder if it is being phased out or requires a specific subscription level.

Can you share a screenshot of what you mean by "Linkedin Navigator on the right"?

Hi @Ed_  no problem, I didn't realize you were using the app integration when I first responded, that's why I wanted to clarify what you were seeing.

The LinkedIn Sales Navigator app is a native HubSpot app, have you checked with HubSpot Support to see if they have any documentation to make the updates you're looking for?

I don't recall when, but at some point I was told this functionality does not exist so I posted this here as a sort of enhancement request. Thanks for checking on it.

You can, just add the "Linkedin Bio" contact property to your default view and paste away 🙂
