Link Property Data to Deal Data

Is there a way to link all of the data fields in the property to the data fields in deals? And with that, any edits in the deal get copied into the property and vise versa?

Hi @HLeydon,

While there isn't a direct method for automatically linking all data fields between properties and deals in HubSpot, so you can establish connection between the two through custom workflows and automation. Using workflow automation, you can set up rules to trigger actions where certain conditions are met, like copying data from a deal to a property or vice versa.

Hi @HLeydon,

If you're referring to keeping properties between different objects in sync, then this is indeed currently not possible. You would have to use workflows to copy information from one to another. When doing so, make sure to define a primary object and don't simply copy from A to B and from B to A, otherwise it's easy to create loops which run indefinitely.

Thanks @Jigar_Thakker I started doing that but was hoping for a short cut. Can't win them all! 🙂
