Limit of Calling function

Hey guys,

what is the limit of using Call's in the Browser via Hubspot? I read something about 100minutes but whats after? Is it over till the next month or is it able to increas the limit somhow?

Welcome to the Community!

The number of calling minutes in your HubSpot account depends on your subscription. An alert will appear in your account when you're within 100 minutes of your limit  ( More information here).

If you reach your limit while on a call, you will be able to complete that call, but will not be able to make additional calls that month. Calling minutes reset on the first day of each month.

Hey @CortezT 

If you have an assigned Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional or Enterprise seat, you can set up a Twilio Connect account in HubSpot. You can use Twilio Connect to make calls in HubSpot, purchase additional calling minutes, and make calls to countries that are not included on the supported country list. This is on a per-user basis and will not apply to the other users in your HubSpot account.
