Step -1-

Setup a little workflow to auto-create tasks based on .... 'Likelihood to close', OR whatever other criteria you like. Just be sure to include the following HubSpot contact property in the title (and wherever else you'd like to see it).

Step -2-

Sort (and save) your Task view so the Tasks with names that begin with (##%) float to the top. Save as your default Task view (optional).
