Lifecycle Stages on a Contact

When we change Lifecycle Stage from "MQL" to "SQL", is it possible to force users to input additional information around how qualified it is?

So are you teling me that if we have it listed as a lead, you can't change it to a customer?

Unfortunaltly this is not an option currently. 

If you have access to workflows, it can be good to create an internal notification email to the contact owner compelling them to add extra data, if they didnt already, when the lifecycle becomes SQL.
