i feek your pain with tasks. i am currently reviewing how mine are being assigned - all thru workflows, sequences and incoming leads. the assignming of them works great, its when the user does NOT mark them complete. I have synched google calendar as well so its not a lack of seeing them. i do plan on removing any unnessary tasks and keeping the basic important ones, and i have to build some sort of WF at this point to flag those tasks that are not complete...
i dont quite understand this --> If I set a task for a contact, the lead portal is not reading it and says that the lead has no upcoming activity. Why? is this the USER saying they are not reading it or ? TIA
I have tasks assigned to contacts. But in the prospecting portal, in the lead it specifically tells me that there is no activity assigned, it leaves the space for next activity blank.
