I’m encountering a recurring issue with the Lists feature and would appreciate any help or insights.
Here’s the problem: whenever I navigate to the second page of a list and click on any lead, a new tab opens as expected. However, when I close that tab and return to the list, the list appears to refresh and reshuffle its contents. In some cases, the page even appears blank, despite showing multiple leads just moments before.
If I manually refresh the list page, it reverts to its original state with the leads in their previous positions. But as soon as I click on another lead, the issue happens again.
Has anyone experienced something similar? It was working smoothly until about a week ago, but now the lists have become nearly unusable due to leads shifting between pages unpredictably. It’s currently very difficult to review leads in a consistent, orderly way.
Thanks in advance for your help, and I’m looking forward to your feedback!
Personally I have not experienced that issue but I also hardly ever work out of lists directly.
I tend to work with views and use the list membership as a filter, in addition with other view filters as needed.
Also, just to double-check we are talking about list and the not the new Lead Object view.
You mentioned Leads in your post so just making sure we are talking about the same thing. As a rule of thumb, throwing one or two screenshots into your community post helps other members better understand where in the tool you are.
Cheers

I am experiencing the same thing on my side, but I would suggest another approach to reviewing this that should help to maintain your review process (and potentially improve it).
Instead of going to the lists tool and scrolling through the pages from there, go to your contacts screen and apply an advanced filter for "List Membership" and then choose the appropriate list. From here you can open the contacts/leads in a new tab and it will maintain the order that they were in prior to clicking.
You can adjust the columns in this view and then clone/save the view and come back to it quickly. This will keep the columns that you customized as well as the applied filter. There's a benefit here because you might want to see different columns/data for different list review, by using saved views you can do this quickly and easily. These views can be private only to you, or you can share them with your other team members. Here's an article on saved views: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/create-and-manage-saved-views
