Hi everyone, I am trying to open the "leads" in the CRM and they seem to be locked, could you please help me understand how this works?

Thanks, Snipeshot of HubSpot Leads.PNG

Hi @Carol5,

You need an assigned sales seat to access the sales / prospecting workspace: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/manage-seats

To see all leads (not just your own), you also need this permission:

Thanks Karsten, I am currently classified as an "admin" user, what is the price different and main functional differences for a person to be on admin?

We have super users, sales seats, and admin like myself (project manager/marketing team).

Thanks again

@Carol5 super admins generally get access to all of the features – just not the paid features exclusive to service and sales sets. The article I shared explains this:

  • Core Seat: provides your user access to the features and tools in the subscription services you've purchased.
  • Sales Hub Seat: provides your user with access to Sales Hub, and access to use advanced features for Sales Hub Starter, Professional, or Enterprise.
  • Service Hub Seat: provides your user access to Service Hub and access to use advanced features for Service Hub Starter, Professional, or Enterprise.
  • View-Only Seat: allows your user to view your subscription services. Users with a view only-seat cannot make any changes to the account. There are certain tools inaccessible to View-Only Seats (e.g. social posts, forms).
  • Partner Seat: a free seat that gives eligible HubSpot Solutions Partner and provider employees access to all features in a client's account.

To understand the full scope of what each seat includes, learn more in HubSpot's Products & Services catalog.

Specifically, a Sales Hub Professional seat is 90€ per month, a Sales Hub Enterprise seat 150€ per month.
