If I have multiple contacts in a company, but I don't want to put all of them in a "working" or "qualified" lead status (as not to falsely overinflate reporting;, like having 5 contacts in "qualified" when it's really only one 1 company) what would be a good term for a secondary contact in a company who is not my main contact? I thought maybe "alternate contact" or "secondary contact" but someone has to have something better than that. Any ideas?
If so, the best thing to do would be to mark the Primary Contact's "Lifecycle Stage" as "MQL" or "SQL" (depending on your Marketing/Sales process) and leave the other associated contacts as "Lifecycle Stage = Lead".
Do you 100% need a term for a secondary contact? It could create confusion when building reports.
