Label source of contact automatically

I created a contact us page with Hubspot where a form is embedded. Contact of people who submitted the form will be added to the contact list of hubspot. I wonder is there a way to automatically tag the source of these contact, i.e. from sign up form?

Hi @MFoundation,

The first form a contact submits is automatically stored in the property First conversion, formatted as the first landing page and form the contact submitted on. For contacts who already submitted your form, you can check this field and see if it fits your needs.

Alternatively, you can automatically tag contacts coming through a form using a hidden field. This is explained here and allows you to set any tag you want.
