This isn't as common a need as you might think, because it's not always true that a contact has the same address, postal code, or even country as the company they work for.
However, if you find that that is the case for you, I would suggest building a second workflow with exactly the same steps that copies the required values from the contact to the company.
Include some branching logic in both workflows so that you don't proceed to copy values if they arleady match.
With respect to later changes to the company not copying to the contact, make sure that re-enrollment is turned on in your workflows. You do this by editing your enrollment criteria, and clicking on re-enrollment at the top of the edit window. Make sure the workflow re-enrolls any time the address values are "known" (this is the same as saying every time they are changed.)
