Keep logs private?

I was wondering if logging a call or a meeting with contacts associated to it, or attendees, is also send to those contacts. I want to use the log for my 'private' notes for that meeting and don't want it send to them.

Thank you for reaching out. 

By following those steps when logging a call or a meeting, nothing will be sent to the contact. If you schedule a meeting following those steps and have the Google or Office 365 Calendar integrated and you decide to check the box; then it will be sent to the contact.
