Issues with Inbox Assignment

Hi, I've noticed that the inbox is routinely assigning one of my two person sales team around 30% more enquiries than the other. This is causing some tension in the company.

 

Is there a way to more consistently assign conversations in the inbox when forms are filled in?

Hi @WTaitt if you can use branches to split randomly based on percentages - would that work? You can add a split and set conversation owners (assigned to) to the different sales reps?
