Is there a way to subscribe to owner events using webhook?

I have a use case where I will have to pull all the owners belonging to a particular portalId and keep listening to any owner events (creation, updation, and deletion). Looking into the webhook documentation doesn't suggest a way to do it: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/webhooks

If anyone has an idea on this kindly help.
