How can I set the default meeting outcome to 'Scheduled' when logging a meeting in HubSpot?

Totally get the pain! Extra clicks for something you always set the same way get old fast. Quick check: Are you logging meetings manually or using the meeting tool?

If it’s manual, HubSpot doesn’t let you set a default for “Meeting outcome” yet 😕. But here’s a tiny workaround I use:

Pin a note to your screen or use a browser extension like Text Blaze to auto-insert “Scheduled” when logging. I’ve also used a workflow to tag follow-ups based on meeting type, which kinda acts like a proxy for the outcome.

Not perfect, but it cuts down the clicks. Curious, are you using this in Sales or Service Hub? Might be more we can hack depending on that.

Not that I know of, no. This would require meeting-based workflows which unfortunately don't exist but, fortunately, are in planning: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Workflows-based-on-meetings/idi-p/1117592
