Is there a way to move all members of one property to another in bulk

This morning, I realised one of my properties was no longer relevant and wanted to move all to another in order for my filters to work effectively.  So is it possible to move all members of one property to another in bulk rather than having to go through each company / contact individually ?

When you run a workflow you can actually decide how it affects current companies that meet the rule. Then you can decide to simply have it act on a go-forward basis, or go back in time and adjust all records which meet these criteria.

Workflow is for all existing contacts, whether old or new. Smiley Happy

 

Just define a trigger rule, ask him to change the existing contacts and he will work alone for the new contacts.

Yes, you can change one property for all contacts, using workflows.

 

Define a trigger to contacts based in one property value, and set the new property you will make change.

Thanks Daniel.  Does this work for existing contacts & companies in my database or is this just for new contacts & companies that I add ?
