Is there a way to create a set of tasks?

I accepted that all I have is that.
So I tried to think of new way to archive what I originally wanted.
I'm currently using this: I add a property named "Next action" to contact. It is a drop-down with my own next actions/tasks (e.x 1. New lead - call, 2. Follow up ..) as options.
I also add an other property to contact record: "next action date". After I make any contact with Lead I will update the status of these properties to keep it updated.
Then I create custom filters based on these properties and last contacted time.
Finally, I have some Custom Filters like "List 1. New Lead - Call ASAP. List 2. Called last week, List 3. Need to follow up today. List 4. Need follow up DUE list...
That's it. It's not what I originally wanted, but it works smoothly for me now. I can't give you full guide, but hope this give you some idea to get it work for you.
