Is my Zapier integration preventing emails from being logged into the CRM?

I have the same issue but Hubspot is not responding to my request.

 

Quick question, did you tried an integration with a 3P using Zapier? I have a feeling that my logging of emails stopped working when I tried a Zapier integration.

@marvpala and @ginag I understand from botht his thread and another that you are still experiencing this issue, and have traced a fact back to a Zapier integraiton you are using.

 

Could you please provide some further clarification on the type of integration you are using, and detail what you noticed when you installed/uninstalled this feature? I"ll make sure to dig into this with our Product team.

  1. actually, in response to your comment about zapier, I removed it before the emails stopped logging. It's now removed entirely from Chrome.
