Is it possible to require a property when updating company/deal/contact?

Is it possible to require a property when updating company/deal/contact? Upon asking my friend, he said it can only be required upon creation. For example, I want to make the first_name field required when creating contact, but also, when updating contact, I also want it to be required. Is it possible? and How?

 @jonjieviduya you would specify which field updates would trigger the required fields, but yes. These fields also have to be enumeration properties, see the link I shared. For example, it can't be free text.

@jonjieviduya it's currently not possible in the HubSpot user interface to force someone to fill a field after updating first and last name. This can't be done yet.

That is currently not possible, no. The closest would be conditional logic which lets you define fields that must be filled based on other filled fields: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/set-up-conditional-logic-for-enumeration-properties
