Is a sequence limit affected by the daily limit?

SOLVE

Hello, we have a list of 5000 contacts however only 1000 are going through the sequence. Our Enterprise daily email limit is 1000 so we were expecting the 5000 to spread over 5 days for step 1. However only 1000 are going through the sequence. Because of the 1000 with the second block of 1000 not receive step 1 until the initial 1000 reach the end?

Is this correct?

THanks

Hey @SWard75

There are daily send limits for both one-to-one emails and sequence emails sent from your connected email accounts in HubSpot. HubSpot will alert you when you're close to hitting either send limit. These limits apply to a rolling 24-hour period and do not reset at a specific time of day. For more information, you can visit HubSpot's guide on sales email send limits .

I appreciate that 1000 is the daily limit, but if our list has 5000 contacts what is stopping 1000 receiving the sequence email on day, and then the next 1000 receiving on the next day, and so on. At the moment, 1000 of 5000 who have been enrolled in a sequence have receive our step 1 and step 2 emails which are 3 weeks apart. I hope you can advise. Thank you
