Is There a Way to Create Lists Based on Form Responses?

I would like to create a list based on form responses, for example, "every form submission where the field X contains Y text"

How can I do it?

My main interest with this task is create lists based on utm fields data. Example: On Form "Leads", Field "utm_source" contains "Google"

This way I would create lists based on Contact Properties, but not based on a specific Form Submission. If a user submits 2 forms with different values on the field "utm_source" and I am using this property as a filter, this contact will be counted once. I didn't find the option to match a form submission and the content of this same form submission in my account.

@4yousee that's expected behavior and there is no way to create a list or report based on submissions vs contacts at the moment. The product team has announced that there will be a form submissions data source in the report builder, but as of now, it does simply not exist.

In an active contact-based list, add a filter, and under 'Contact properties' find your utm_source property. Once you select it you can specify that it should contain 'Google'.
