Currently CRM free version
I have not looked into this. Thought I would start here.
We were using HubSpot free CRM for a specific segment of customers who would order through a distributor. Our accounting software then did not matter.
New year, new program. Our existing customer base is now a target for a new product. Accounting was moved to SAP Business One. The list provided to go into HubSpot was incomplete. Basically, it was company. contact, street address, city, state and zip. The contact could be old and some addresses are old. Sometimes the company name is listed as the contact name.
Today, my Hubspot free CRM contains, the specific franchise segment and the list or existing customers. Some need to be merged and this will be done manually as I come across them. The list from our accounting software all needs critical pieces of information for sales - phone number, email, website. Then changes in either system need to be communicated to the other system.
Does anyone work with SAP Business one?
Does anyone have an integration for the two or a though on how to update seamlessly?
Any other thoughts appreciated.
Thank you.
Chris

Hi Chris
There is an API for SAP Business One. However, an inital search doesn't come up with many useful results... but it did come up with lots of people asking questions (which isn't usually a good sign).
In short if there's an API it could connect to the HubSpot API and transfer all the information you need.
It would require custom code and a server to interpret the data between the two APIs.
Cheers

Hi,
we've built a 2-way data sync solution between HubSpot CRM and SAP Business One, also when installed on-premise. If you are interested you can have a look at our website:
https://www.erpbridge.io/
or directly in HubSpot marketplace searching "ERP to HubSpot"
I hope this helps!

Are you still looking for HubSpot - SAPB1 integration? We've done the integration using a tool called BPA. Have a look at this website: https://www.fisher-technology.com/business-process-automation-platform

Thanks for the information Flowbird. Could you explain a bit further how the bpa from Fisher was integrated? Is the integration on-demand, batch, real-time? Are you maintaining company and contact changes? Was the integration truly drag and drop?

I am considering integrating HubSot with SAP B1 using Taskmaster. Does anyone know af ANY company that have integrated the two using Taskmaster or any other API?

Hi Chris,
We are looking at this also, unfortunately I don't have a solution for you. There does not appear to be an out of the box connector that works, but connections can be setup using API's.
At this stage, I do note that the only difference will be the way that they segment client data. SAP is the company first, then associated contacts, HubSpot does contact first, then associated company.
I will be keeping an eye on this one!

Hey @gelflex-cc
Apologies for the delay answer, I've never worked with SAP Business One, however, I am pretty sure some of our experts might be.
Hey @mike-ward @JustinPerkinsC @Mike_Eastwood any thoughts you would like to share with @gelflex-cc ?
Thanks
Sharon

Sadly on my end, only integrations I have leveraged are the Salesforce ones. Today I don't believe they have a native integration option with HubSpot directly and you likely would need to go to the route of using there connections and API tools to put them together. This would end up requiring some development help on your end to do so depending on what your team can leverage.

@sharonlicari Thank you. Before I mark as solved- I will wait for others to weigh in.
@JustinPerkinsC Thank you.
