Integrating Mail, CRM and contacts
SOLVEJun 20, 2020 3:37 PM
Hi all,
Maybe you could give me an answer to the question below. For me, it is important
whether this is feasible in hubspot
Assuming there are three objects: 1. Contacts 2. Leads (Leads are actually contacts in the preliminary stage) 3. Emails Further, there are 3 employees in our company Employee 1 Employee 2 Employee 2 My question: Can the hubspot system provide either or both of the following ? - employee 1 clicks on a contact / lead A, and then emplyoee 1 sees all the corresponding mails that employee 1 has sent to or received from contact/ lead A. - employee 1 clicks on a contact / lead A, and then emplyoee 1 sees all the corresponding mails that employee 1,2 and 3 have sent to or received from contact/ lead A.
Thanks

Hey,
Yes that's possible in the CRM using Email Tracking via Google Mail or Microsoft Office You can find full details of how it looks here:

Hi Frank,
As long as emails sent by your team have been 'logged' then they will appear in HubSpot, on that person's contact record.
More on that here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email-tracking/track-and-log-emails-with-the-hubspot-sales-chrome-exte...
Also, just as a tip - either a) click on the Email tab to view the emails, or b) use the search icon on the Contact page (near the top) to search for content within emails (and notes etc).
Hope that helps, Martin
