Integrating External ChatBot (with UI) with Hubspot Chat (as backend)
Hi,
We are a conversational AI company and help our clients in automating their customer chats with them. We provide a Chat interface for user facing chat to power rich experience and our Chatbot is first line of help.
If chatbot can't answer then we handover the customer to human agents through an email ticket or LiveChat (when available).
For this, few of our clients are using HubSpot and I want to figure out a way to do Live Chat handover from our ChatBot UI (or server) to human agents using HubSpot Chat at backend.
I could not find any way to do in the documentation yet.
Can someone help point to right documentation for this if this is even possible?

Hey @AshishParnami, Yes, it is possible to do a Live Chat handover from your Chatbot UI or server to human agents using HubSpot Chat at the backend.
You can use the HubSpot Chat API to facilitate this. The API allows you to control the Chat widget and create conversations with visitors. It also allows you to create conversations with agents and pass data from the Chatbot UI to the agent.
