When using Call Tracker mobile app, under CRM Account Preferences, Login Status shows offline. When I attempt to login, I get an error that says "Insufficient scopes were provided, contact your integrator" message.
Can't locate any information online about this error.

Hi @marcmcneal are you using the HubSpot Mobile App or a different tool? And what type of phone are you using?
Attitionally, could you please upload some screenshots of the error that you are getting?

@marcmcneal can you provide some context as to how you are using the Call Tracker app, and at what point in the process you are encountering HubSpot. It sounds like you have integrated the external app with HubSpot, but I am wondering:
1) what information is being requested (are you just being asked to log into HubSpot)
2) what part of the tool you are trying to access within HubSpot.
Any context you can provide (as well as additional screenshots that show the rest of the error message) would be great.
