I am attempting to install the Hubspot CRM plugin into my wordpress site but it is asking me for info that I do not have nor is described in any of the installation steps listed. It is asking me for my hostname, ftp username, and ftp password in order to install the plugin. I chatted with support and they say that this shouldn't be happening. Any suggestions on how to get around this?
agree this shouldn't be happening, the HubSpot plugin is supposed to install just like any other plugin in Wordpress. It looks like this could be a problem with Wordpress not having sufficient permissions to 'write' on the server, and asking you usernames and passwords because of that.
