Input and check Excel data with Hubspot data

SOLVE

Hello,

I have an Excel list of emails that wish to unsubscribe from a third-party.

I need to make a list in Hubspot of these contacts to avoid including them in an emailing campaign/workflow.

How can I do it without pasting one email by one?

I tried by adding a "," after each cell, but it does not work.

How can I do?

Thanks a lot!

Hi @VAtuyer,

Correct, commas don't work but semicolons do, see here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/CRM/Filtering-a-view-with-a-comma-separated-list-of-company-IDs/m-p...

Hi @VAtuyer

You can import your Excel data into Hubspot by following these steps:

Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to the Contacts section.

Look for the “Import” option, usually located in the upper right corner.

Choose your file: In the import tool, you will be prompted to upload your prepared file. HubSpot supports formats such as Excel. Make sure that your data is structured properly with relevant columns for each contact property

Map your fields: After uploading your file, you will be prompted to map your fields. This means that you will need to match the columns in your file with the corresponding properties in HubSpot

Review and import: Once you have mapped your fields, you can review your import settings and then click “Import” to complete the process

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
