Posting on behalf of a customer here: We have a lead scoring workflow set up based on a number of actions. I seem to have to head into the property and update every time there is a repetitive action, e.g. clicked a link in an email, filled out a form, registered/attended a webinar.
It just doesn't seem like the smoothest process having 3 separate scoring systems (which will inevitably hit the criteria limit) that then add up to a total HubSpot score and most of the criteria need to be manually added every single time (e.g. clicked a link in a new email or submitted a new form etc)
End goal would have an overarching selection that says "has clicked a link to an email" and every time a contact clicks a link to an email 5 points would be added to their score, or "has submitted a form" and every new submission adds 10 points, etc.
At the moment I am having to go in and add every single new email or form which is taking up criteria so will inevitably max out and then at some point it won't be do able as we only have so many scoring properties available and we already have 3.
