Incoming calls

Hi, I need to see at list a pinned note or the lifecycle of the contact is calling me.

Specifically I have "good" and "bad" clients and I would like to know which one is calling.

I see the name of the contact but no more than this.

The presentation opf Hubspot APP here https://www.hubspot.com/product-updates/introducing-an-android-app-for-hubspot-crm

looks that it's possible to see a bit of infos of the contact's calling.

But I cannot see anything, except the name.

Can someone help me figure it out?

Hi @Hermes,

As the update was published in 2017, it is possible changes have been made to what populates.

For an updated resource for what will show on the caller ID, I wanted to share this resource.

It could be great to add the possibility to show the "PIN NOTE" also since if you have some important thing to know about a contact it would be easy with the PIN NOTE.
