SOLVE

Hey there,

how can i track inbound mails via HubSpot. And is it also possible to visualize it on a dashboard ?

if you're thinking about shared email addresses like info@example.com or sales@example.com, then this what the Inbox is for.

Hi @PSales1. What do you mean by tracking inbound emails? 

 

In HubSpot, when you're using the sales tools like 1:1 emails (either out of HubSpot and the Contact record, or via your own email service that's connected to HubSpot), you'll see emails in the Contact record. From there, you can track interactions (Resource: Understand HubSpot Sales email open and click tracking ). 

 

As for reporting on email interactions, HubSpot does offer a lot of reporting options (lots of similar questions in this community area). 

 

If that doesn't answer your question, could you provide a little clarification and we can try to answer it more directly?
