In any way, is it possible to know how many times a field get updated throughout the sales pipeline?

 

For eg : I wanted to know how many times the deal property "Amount" gets updated throughout the pipeline for each sepcific deals.

Hi @mariselvi,

 

If you're looking for a field that contains a number, no, this does not exist out of the box. You can however always look at the property history for the amount: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/view-record-property-history

 

If you want a specific number, you would need a deal-based workflow that does the following:

  • Create a custom number property 'Number of times amount was updated'
  • Create deal-based workflow and re-enroll when Amount is known
  • Use 'Edit record' workflow action to increase the value of 'Number of times amount was updated' by 1

This will only work going forward, not retroactively.
