In any way is it possible to create a time sheet or TTM flow to record the deal's pipeline travel in single field?

I know we have fields like Date entered "deal Stage", Date exited "Deal Stage" & cumulative time spend "deal stage" to check these. But I want to get all these information in one field.

For eg : Deal entered new on say Feb 11th.

Deal moved to estimation pendin on feb 12th

Deal moved to proposal provided on feb 15hth

Deal moved to contract lost on feb 18th.

And it should not always be about deal stage. It can be like had intro call on feb 11th. Had detailed call on 14th.

I also know i can check this on activity log. But I can see their notes added as well. So I want important stages that occurs in pipeline. Can anyway I can achieve this through any custom field creation & use of workflows? Can anyone explain me with simple examples.

Yes, you can do this in HubSpot by creating a custom multi-line text field and using workflows to update it automatically.

First, create a new deal property (Deal Journey Log) where all stage changes and key activities will be recorded. Then, set up workflows that trigger whenever a deal moves to a new stage.

Instead of replacing the field’s value, configure the workflow to append new information, so it keeps a running log. You can use personalization tokens to format entries like Moved to Proposal Sent on Feb 15. If you also want to track other key events like calls or meetings, you can create additional workflows that append relevant details.

If you just need to see a structured history rather than store it in a single field, a custom report using the Deal Stage History dataset might also work. This setup allows you to automatically track deal progress without manually updating anything.

Hope this helps!
