Hi @Benatblueberry these should automatically assoicate as long as the contacts email domain = the Company's web domain. E.g. name@hubspot.com and www.hubspot.com.
Do these contacts all share the company's web domain?

Hi, Do you know how to do if some of our contacts don't have their own domain name, nor their own website ?
Here is our problem :
We have a problem to import our contacts and companies into hubspot from another crm, podio. Indeed, in podio, our contacts are in the companies sheets, but not separated. So when we export a csv from podio, we have a list of companies, and several columns for the contacts of the companies. But when we import it in companies into hubspot, our contacts are put into companies, but not into contacts. It could work if all of our contacts email had their own domain name (because when you import contacts hubspot can automatically link them to your companies according to the email’s domain name), but because they are small businesses, most of them have @gmail.com or @yahoo.fr as email.
So do you know how we could import our companies and contacts at the same time ?
We would really like to switch from podio to hubspot, but since we have more than 4000 clients sheets, it's not possible for us if we don't manage to import it properly !
