Importing contacts - Error with number of sheets on Excel?!

I'm getting a constant error telling my Excel spreadsheet can only have 1 sheet and it's got 3 (first it said 2, now it says 3).

It's literally 1 sheet? Any ideas?

@Markus_KY - You might want to try saving it as a CSV file then uploading it again.

Have you checked whether there are hidden sheets? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/hide-or-unhide-worksheets-69f2701a-21f5-4186-87d7-341a8cf...

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend manually selecting the data and pasting them into a new file.
