Hi all, this week I have started with Hubspot and am happy with the ease of use.
Questions: I have quit some meeting reports( MS Word format) which I would like to file per Company. With the importing button it is only possible to import MS Excel files. True?
It would be great if you can provide me with a solution. Is it also possible to import saved emails? Thanks and best regards, Kees
Correct, at this time it is only possible to import .csv, .xlsx, or .xls files to HubSpot through the import tool. If you have old emails which you would like to log into HubSpot, I would recommend manually logging them to a record by following the steps as outlined here.
