Importing Custom Fields in Outlook into CRM?

I have been using Outlook as my CRM for awhile and have a dozen or so custom fields that I've created in outlook (like a dependent's name, for example). If I were to create custom properties in the CRM, can I map the custom fields in Outlook to the custom property in the CRM? I am on the Starter version, and only see a standard list of Outlook fields. But I may be missing something? I'm asking because it would be nice if I could map them, I could create a customer-facing form they could complete that would also auto-populate my Outlook contact record.

At this time it is not possible to edit the fields (or add custom fields) that come up when you click 'Add to HubSpot' in Outlook. This is a great product suggestion though and I appreciate you explaining how it would help you out! I would highly recommend you to please post this product suggestion at our ideas forum.
