Importing Contacts

Hi,

It has been ages since I signed up to use Hubspot but I still cannot seem to start. The main reason is actually the migration from Insightly. We would not want to pay for a migration because we have been using Insightly off and on and it is just not worth it.

Now, we use GSuite and out contacts contain entries with cyrillic alphabet. Whenever I try to export something into Google CSV, Outlook CSV or try to convert it to Excel format, I get garbled characters and mismatched fields. I tried many options, but none of them worked. Can anyone provide some assistance or guidance?

I would like to start fresh and begin using Hubspot from clean slate on January 1.
