Is there a way to ensure a company is not duplicated without a company domain name?

We work with many companies (approximately 20-25% of our database) that don't have an associated domain name. I really don't want to lose out on nearly a quarter of our potential business because deduplication of Companies is associated with a domain name.

I am really trying to manually deduplicate every time we clean our company data in hubspot moving forward.

I believe at this time HubSpot will only deduplicate based on URL/Company domain.

Hi @Choward525,

Companies are deduplicated by domain name and company ID (see here). If these are missing from your import file, HubSpot will always create new company records and you could review duplicates in the duplicate management tool.
