Importing Companies

Hello! I have a list of Companies that I would like to link to Contacts upon import, matching by a custom property. The Contacts already exist in HubSpot. Is this possible?

Hi @kstevens 

You will need to import the contacts at the same time as the companies so that HubSpot can use the common field - the common field can be a property if you like, but it doesn't have to be. 

HubSpot will dedupe the existing contacts based on their email address, or their unique ID if you exported that and then choose that option.
