Import contacts

I am trying to import contacts and it keeps refusing the file with the following error message 

File uploaded, and renamed "undefined.undefined".

NAN[OBJECT OBJECT]

This file isn't supported for import.

All .csv, .xlsx, and .xls file types are supported.

I have tried uploading an .xlsx and xls file and both just not working.

Any ideas of what the problem is?

Hi @cq.,

You can try an automated migration tool to migrate your contacts. There different ways to perform the migration: free sample, custom migration, Guided Migration. 

You can specify your problem by writing directly to Trujay's support team.
