Import Deals Error Associated Companies, Contacts, Notes

I exported all my deals to an excel file, updated data and then imported the same excel back into HubSpot. Upon selecting the matching import fields, it did not allow me to link the Associted company IDs or associated contact IDs to anything relevant in the deals. I therefore had to ignore these columns. 

Now it seems hundreds of deals were crossed with another. The deal properties are for one deal, while the associated contacts, companies and notes belong to a different deal. How do I solve this issue our at least undo all these changes caused by the import??
