IP Country/ city bug

Well, I will summarize the bug.

1 - The IP country/ city changed for my colleague's city/country.
2 - The contact email on HubSpot is our client's email and not my colleague's email.
3 - I picked an example that changed on 06/16, and looking at properties, the unique property with this date is the last open email marketing.
4 - He opened a previous email to copy a title. His email is on from 

Does anyone know what happened or what I can search for to better understand? This happened 22 times throughout the year is a small number, but I would like to know.

This part sounds like the contact record was incorrectly overwritten. Can you please check the field history for the Email field? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/view-record-property-history
