HubSpot Inbox issue on Safari – only the latest incoming email appears

Message:
Hi everyone,

For the past two weeks, my HubSpot Inbox hasn’t been working properly on Safari. It only shows the most recent incoming email, while all previous emails do not appear.

  • On Chrome, everything works perfectly.

  • No changes to my Safari settings or updates have been made.

  • I’ve already cleared the cache and cookies, but the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there a fix or any specific settings for Safari to resolve this?

Hi @LGOMES9,

 

If you haven’t recently, try opening your inbox in a Safari private window to see if it changes anything. This will help to confirm if the issue is related to cached data or extensions.
