Hello For the last 4 hours I have been trying to find a way , why emails from customer are not being received.
I am using IMAP setting from my web hosting. I can send email to the customer using the email section on a contact but then when customer is replying to the email, instead of showing it on both CRM and my web mail login, its only showing me on the web mail and nothing on the CRM.
Could you confirm all the requirements listedhereare met (especially around the Never Log list)?
If they are, can you checkthis sectionto see if you could be in one of these situations that would explain it doesn't log properly?
