We are interested to allocate resource to each deal, so at quote stage we can add in generic resource e.g. Engineer 12 days, Analyst 6 days etc. Then when won we can allocate named resource. This should allow us to forecast resource required and also look at each person and how "full" they are in terms of workload. Is this possible? Can this be templated for reoccuring deal types.

I would recommend creating custom properties within your HubSpot deals to represent resource allocation. These properties could include fields for the type of resource (e.g., Engineer, Analyst) and the number of days allocated. Once your custom properties are defined, you can create deal templates for recurring deal types. These templates can include predefined resource allocation fields based on your typical resource needs for each deal type.
